Be Imitators of God (Ephesians 4:25-29)

As we will see in this passage today, God calls Christians to walk in holiness, in their speech and actions, because they have been made holy and are united to Christ through the gospel.

Jesus proclaims himself to be the Messianic Son of Man who is able to forgive sins because of his divinity and the provision he has made in his death and resurrection.

Giving Thanks Through Jesus Christ (Colossians 3:1-17)

Biblical gratitude is a thankfulness which pursues holiness with the entire life by living out of the reality that we have been seated with Christ in the heavenly places. 

Sheep Without a Shepherd? (Zechariah 13:7-9; John 16:25-33)

In this passage we see a prophecy of what will happen at the Messiah’s coming. He will be struck on behalf of his true sheep and bring judgment on the earthly kingdom of Israel and its false leaders or shepherds and inaugurate a new and better order.
