1. Monday—Why are expectations such a powerful force in our lives? Can you think of any expectations you have had that were unmet? How did it affect you?
2. Tuesday—Why was John struggling with doubt? Is his struggle encouraging or offensive to you? Why?
3. Wednesday—Jesus said that John was his proof that he was the Messiah. Paul said the Corinthians were proof that he was an apostle. How is your life proof that Jesus is who he says he is?
