1. Monday—To whom are you drawn? Those who seem to have things together or those who are a mess? Why?
2. Tuesday—What are different ways Christians classify themselves? What ways are you tempted to classify yourself? What are the dangers in that?
3. Wednesday—Why is Simon the pharisee shocked when Jesus lets the sinful woman wash his feet? What does Simon think of himself, of Jesus, of the woman? Can you relate to him at all?
4. Thursday—Why does the woman wash Jesus’ feet? Why would it have been so humiliating? What is it that drove her to do it anyway?
5. Friday—How does the love of the woman reflect the love of Jesus? What has he done to wash you? How does Jesus call you to love others the way he has loved you?
